High-strength steel plates belong to low-alloy steel with high strength, mainly including models such as Q345B, Q460 and 800MPa grade. It has high comprehensive mechanical properties in normalized or normalized and tempered states and is applied in the manufacturing fields of ships, Bridges, high-pressure vessels and hydropower facilities (such as pressure steel pipes, volutes and bifurcations for pumped storage power stations)

This material adopts the integrated regulation technology of temperature - stress - phase change, and achieves flexible cooling through multiple slit nozzles, inclined array circular hole nozzles and multi-angle arc surface jet array nozzles.
The constrained continuous roller quenching strategy combined with the high-pressure section roller design enhances the uniformity of cooling and process stability. The yield strength of 800MPa grade steel plates is ≥685MPa, the tensile
strength reaches 780-930MPa, the performance qualification rate after quenching and tempering is 93.6%, and the flatness
of the plate shape is less than 2mm/2m
